Contracts and orders
Where you are personally a party to a contract, processing necessary to prepare or perform that contract is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Communication with representatives of corporate customers is based on our legitimate interest in managing the business relationship.

Invoicing and legal obligations
Processing necessary to comply with accounting, tax and other legal requirements is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Website operation and security
Processing necessary to operate and protect the website is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Analytics and advertising tracking
Non-essential analytics and advertising tracking are based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Providing information in an inquiry is voluntary. However, without the necessary contact or business details, we may be unable to respond, prepare a quotation or fulfill an order.

3. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, taking account of the business relationship, legal obligations and the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Inquiries and business correspondence
Correspondence is retained while needed to handle an inquiry, continue related discussions or manage a business relationship. Relevant product specifications, quotations and order history may be retained where necessary for customer service and repeat orders.

When information is no longer required for these purposes, it is deleted or anonymized unless further retention is required or justified by law.

Invoices and accounting records
Invoices and supporting documents qualifying as accounting records are retained for at least eight years in accordance with Hungarian accounting law.

Contracts and legal claims
Relevant contractual records may be retained for the applicable statutory limitation period and, where necessary, until related disputes or proceedings are resolved.

Technical, analytics and advertising data

Depending on the configuration and consent given, these services may process online identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location, traffic sources, page views and interaction or conversion events.

Analytics and advertising tracking are based on your consent.

Google processes information under the applicable service terms and privacy policies. Analytics retention settings and remarketing audience durations do not determine the retention of every type of information processed by Google.

7. Meta Pixel

We use Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, to measure advertising effectiveness and support remarketing.

Depending on the configuration and consent given, Meta Pixel may transmit information about pages visited, website actions, online identifiers, IP addresses and browser or device information.

Meta may associate this information with a Facebook or Instagram account and process it for advertising purposes under its privacy policy.

Our use of Meta Pixel is based on your consent.

For the collection and transmission of data covered by Meta's Controller Addendum, we and Meta act as joint controllers. The addendum explains their respective responsibilities. Subsequent processing by Meta is governed by its applicable terms and privacy policy.

Colors displayed on screen may differ from actual yarn colors due to photography and display settings. Physical samples or color shade cards should be used where accurate color matching is required.
