Alongside our main yarn categories, we also supply a selection of acrylic and specialty yarns for various knitting and textile applications.

These yarns are mainly used in flat knitting, decorative effects, plating and other textile processes, rather than in standard sock production. Some of them are commonly used as fancy yarns or decorative yarns in knitted fabrics.

Acrylic HB Yarn – Nm 30/2

High bulk acrylic yarn designed to provide volume, softness and good covering properties in knitted fabrics.

This yarn is generally suitable for applications where a bulkier and softer appearance is required.

Boucle Acrylic Yarn – Nm 7.5/1

Boucle acrylic yarn is a fancy yarn with a looped texture, used to create decorative and textured knitted surfaces.

• textured fabric development

This type of yarn is typically used on coarser flat knitting gauges , where its texture can be fully expressed in the final fabric.

Polyester Filament Yarn – 120D/3 High Tenacity

High-tenacity polyester filament yarn (thread) offering good strength and durability.

Typical applications include:

• auxiliary use in flat knitting

• separation yarn (pull-out yarn) in knitted fabric production

• technical textile processes

• sewing Thread

In some flat knitting processes, this yarn is used as a strong supporting filament that can be pulled out after knitting to separate fabric layers.

Metallic Yarn – MX Type / MH Type

Metallic yarns are used to add shine and decorative visual effects to knitted or woven textile products.
